I love broccoli cheddar soup so much, especially this one, which skips the flour and butter base common in many other recipes. Instead of extra butter and flour, we use a potato to thicken our soup and make it creamy.

So glad I found your soup recipes. Looking forward to trying several. I love black bean soup but I cannot do strong spices. Do you have an alternate suggestion to the adobo and peppers? Thanks!

Hi Debbie, You can leave the chipotle out completely, and then use a bit of milk chili powder (most grocery store blends are mild). For a little smokiness, you can add some smoked paprika, too.

Yes of course I indulge in your soups. French onion, wedding & creamy chicken noodle soup are my family favorite. I make my own stock in a large pot with the main ingredient chicken feet and all types of vegetables and strain. It’s makes the best stock for your soups. Thanks.
